What ever happened to...

I'm happy to announce that I am back at work after a multi-year hiatus. There are several partially done manuscripts that I am back at work on. After retiring from teaching dance on a regular basis due to injury, I spent a good deal of time in physical therapy and am now back on my feet and performing in a limited way.

Over the past several years, I've focussed on working with the Bay Area chapter of MECDA, and will soon be ending my tenure there so I can focus my attention to finishing off this colleciton of semi-done books and booklets. To that end, I've begun at the bottom, renovating Costumer's Notes and transforming it into a .pdf based printable newsletter along with a weekly blog.

Since pulling back from dancing, I've focussed on a new passion - making jewelry. Although I had always made accessory pieces to complete my costumes, I began making jewelry in earnest in 2006. In the past few years, I've learned this new craft and have honed my methods and am pleased to be offering jewelry for sale at events and soon, on my website.

For those of you who have supported my creative journey through the purchase of my books and patterns, I encourage you to watch for the exciting things to come. Be sure to sign up for my mailing list. When the next Costumer's Notes is finished, we will send a link to our .pdf .
